We at Redlands Community Hospital, a not-for-profit Hospital, depend a great deal on our volunteers and their gift of time. As our organization grows and changes, volunteers are needed to meet our ever changing environment. As a volunteer, you have the opportunity to help others and at the same time enjoy healthy benefits from your contribution of time. Our staff, patients, family members/visitors, and physicians all benefit from a volunteer’s service.

Who Can …
Volunteer at Redlands Community Hospital? Adults willing to give a minimum of four hours weekly and Juniors (ages 15 – 18) able to work at least 2-3 hours weekly. Applications are accepted year round with our goal being to match your interests with the needs of the Hospital. You may visit the Hospital’s Volunteer Services Office Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and complete an application on site.

Qualifying is Easy
You probably already have the qualifications needed to be a volunteer:
- Interested in helping people
- Friendly and cooperative in following directions
- Dependable and committed to your volunteer assignment
- Willing to give 4 hours or more per week
- Able to complete the required orientation and training
Adults who enjoy offering a helping hand, learning new skills, interacting with health care professionals, and making new friends should stop by the Volunteer Services Department at Redlands Community Hospital and fill out an application. Applications are accepted Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. for both adults and teens (high school age) interested in volunteer opportunities.
