| Refunds: | Deposits for CPR, ACLS, PALS, or NRP classes will be forfeited if the employee is a "no show" to the class without sufficient notification of cancellation. For all other programs, an administrative fee of 1/2 of the program cost will be retained by the hospital to cover the cost of enrollment and refund. Notification of cancellation must be given at least 7 days prior to the class meeting. No refunds will be made after the first meeting of a series. | |
