Retirement plan fully paid by RCH.  Participants are 100% vested after five years (after age 21 and provided they work 1,000 hours per year).

Matching Funds TSA - 403(b)

Employee may voluntarily contribute up to 5% of plan year wages with 25%-75% employer match based on years of service.
