Employee of the Month July 2005

Yolanda Navarro was recognized for a job well done at an employee of the month reception in her honor.

In a rare move, Dr. James Dexter nominated Yolanda for Employee of the Month.

"It is not often for a physician to nominate an employee," said CFO Sabi Dadabhai. "It is truly a huge honor to be recognized in such a way."

Yolanda has been a Medical Records Technician for nearly 16 years and says that there has never been a dull moment working with doctors. She makes sure that every medical chart contains the proper documentation, and that medical charts comply within the JACHO requirements.

Dr. Dexter is truly impressed with Yolanda's level of professionalism and how effective she is at what she does.

"Yolanda has initiated a medical record completion program consisting of chart delivery to the intensive care unit that has proven to be effective and efficient. I would like to provide her with public recognition for the great job she has done," said Dr. Dexter.
