Employee of the Month May 2005

Lupe Casas Bell's co-workers say that she is the kind of employee you wish you could clone.

She was chosen as the May 2005 Employee of the Month.

Lupe is a Respiratory Therapist in the Cardiopulmonary department and has worked for Redlands Community Hospital since July 8, 1991.

"Lupe is never too busy to offer help to anyone that needs it and does it without complaining and with a cheerful smile," noted Mike Philips in Respiratory Therapy. "We are lucky to have her."

Mike is just one of many employees who nominated Lupe to the STAR committee for the recognition.

"During this busy time of year, Lupe has picked up many extra shifts, come in early, and stayed over late," explained Carolyn Meyer and Heidi Powell in their joint nomination. "She even offers to work night shift to help us out with our staffing needs."

Many well-wishers joined a celebration in her honor earlier this month.
