Nilfi Rusly, CNA with One Day Surgery, was awarded October Employee of the Month.
A very humbled Nilfi graciously accepted her gifts of recognition from V.P. of Nursign Madonna Coughenour and Patient Care Coordinator for PACU, Steven Potjer.
"Nilfi Rusly was chosen by her co-workers for her cheerful, can-do attitude," said Potjer. "She is willing to do just about anything to make things more comfortable for the patients or to assist with the flow of work in both the One Day Surgery area and the PACU."
Nilfi has worked for RCH for more than three years and says working for the hospital and its employees is an absolute joy. |
