Sharon Starzyk

It takes a
caring and compassionate person to be a Home Health and
Hospice nurse. These are traits Sharon Starzyk, Nurse
Educator for Home Health and Hospice, instills in her
students. It was her giving spirit, compassionate heart
and positive attitude that helped earn her the prestigious
Employee of the Month award.
"Sharon has been an excellent teacher for me and I admire her
being a natural field nurse," said Annie Balingit-Parra, LVN
with Home Health. "All I can say is she is great and
extremely knowledgeable."
Gerry Smith, director of Home Health, wrote: "Sharon is
an excellent employee. She is dedicated to the mission
and values of RCH. She works hard to ensure that quality
care is delivered to our patients. She is very patient
and full of compassion. She is supportive, reliable, and
dependable. We are lucky to have her." |
