Preparation Course
Our four-week childbirth education series consists of practical and
useful tools that will help you in preparing for the birth of your
child. An emphasis on pain management measures and alternatives,
breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises will be introduced
into practice for participants. An in-depth overview of the birthing
experience is discussed and explored.
• Registration is
strongly recommended by the sixth month of pregnancy.
A partner or coach will
need to be in attendance.
Cost: $100.00 per team
