The Brush Up -
Childbirth Preparation Refresher Course
A one-evening course is
available to couples who have previous childbirth training and wish
to practice and update their birthing skills. A childbirth refresher
kit will be given to each participating team.
• Registration is
strongly recommended by the sixth month of pregnancy.
A partner or coach will
need to be in attendance.
Cost: $35.00 per team
