who have suffered a significant loss. The object is to offer education, support
through active listening and to teach self-reflection and self-expression in

THE CHAPLAIN SERVICE OF LLU MEDICAL CENTER
Unresolved grief is accompanied by many practical, as well as
social, philosophical spiritual problems. People who experience
grief often feel they are not welcome to talk about their hurt. They
may keep it to themselves and wear a mask. The group seeks to
explore and understand the grieving process utilizing group
interaction, teaching, films, reading materials and individualized
counseling to assist in grief resolution.
Ages 18 and over (Monday
for 7 weeks), 1:30 - 3:00 PM or 7:00 - 8:30 PM.
Family rate: $45 for first member in each group, $25 for each
additional immediate family member in same group. Fee includes
group and all materials. Registration is required. Call
