Reporting to the Director of Environmental Services, this position works
to continually improve the Central Point of Contact (CPC) and support
all administrative functions as defined. Responsibilities include but
are not limited to payroll functions, work order processing, cash handling,
record keeping, and invoice processing.
Responsibilities also include ensuring that telephone and computer service
requests are dispatched efficiently. Handles requests related to security,
lost and found, conference room requests, catering, patient requests as
appropriate, and biomedical services.
Administrative support to include record keeping, typing, taking meeting
minutes and filing. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum of two years of administrative level secretarial experience to
include Word, Graphics & Meditech.
Experience win the food service, engineering and or environmental service
Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred.
Bilingual - Spanish strongly preferred.
