Reporting to the Associate Director of Nursing, this position is responsible
to meet with and address concerns of patients and their families, and
assist in the management of the grievance process. This position is responsible
for responding promptly to problems identified by patients and families.
The position helps to resolve issues by working with departmental leadership,
Risk, and Compliance. This position is responsible for collecting, formatting,
and analyzing complaint/grievance data for the Grievance Commitee and
Quality Council. This position also performs nursing department audits
and prepares data for presentation to a number of different audiences.
In addition, this position is responsible for collecting billing information
for outpatient departments.
--Coursework including classes in computer programs such as Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint strongly preferred.
--Minimum proficiency in Windows and basic computing required
