Three Levels of Care

Depending on the needs of the patient, there are three levels of care offered at the hospital:

  • Inpatient Care
  • Intensive Outpatient Program Care
  • Partial Hospitalization (Day Treatment)

Inpatient Care

When a person is in a state of acute mental crisis, they may be brought to our Emergency Department by a friend or family member. Our inpatient program is a 24-hour secure unit that provides individualized treatment and rapid symptom stabilization. This program is designed to help individuals 18 years of age or older who are suffering from acute mental health symptoms.

Intensive Outpatient Program Care

This program is designed for adults who do not require an inpatient program, but need more than routine office visits with a psychiatrist or therapist.

Partial Hospitalization Day Program

The comprehensive Partial Hospitalization (Day Treatment) is available for patients recovering from some level of mental instability. It is a daily structured program of personalized group therapy that can serve as an alternative to inpatient hospitalization or as a transition from the hospital to a residential setting. This program is available Monday - Friday, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. The hospital provides van transportation for patients living in the local area. The vans are equipped with wheelchair accessibility.

Multidisciplinary Health Care Team

Our Behavioral Medicine Team is fully licensed and comprised of a Psychiatrist Medical Director, Registered Nurses, Psychiatric Technicians, Clinical Social Workers, Recreational Therapists, and Marriage and Family Therapists.
