Redlands Community Hospital Medical Records Services is located on the basement floor of the main hospital, across from the public elevators. Medical Records Services is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
You can request a copy of your medical records for your personal records or for a copy to be sent to another medical facility. If you request a copy of your protected health information for your own records, you may be charged a reasonable fee for making copies at a charge of 0.25 per page.
