Tuition Assistance

RCH provides several generous tuition assistance programs for full and part-time employees.

403(b) Plan

All employees are eligible to participate in the 403(b) retirement plan upon hire. RCH begins matching after one year of employment.

Wellness Incentives

RCH provides free annual biometrics screenings to all employees, their spouses or domestic partners, and health plan premium discounts for wellness screenings. We also provide financial wellness incentives for activities such as working out.

Rideshare/Commuter Program

Free parking is available to all employees. Reserved parking is available to Rideshare participants. RCH also provides financial incentives to Rideshare and Bike-to-Work participants.

Transparency in Medical Coverage

This link leads to the machine readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
