Ambulatory Infusion Center

Ambulatory patients receiving infusions at the AIC include outpatients requiring IV therapy, Immunoglobin, anticoagulation, or antibiotics; therapies that need nursing monitoring such as blood transfusions; or those lacking adequate care giver support at home for medications.

Nursing staff provide services to those patients requiring PICC line placement for long term IV therapy.

The AIC is equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment, and emergency medical care is available immediately, if necessary. This facility is furnished with luxurious treatment chairs and personal television sets. Patients who receive treatment during meal times are provided a complimentary meal.
