Redlands Community Hospital is a not-for-profit, 211-bed acute care facility, and growing! Although officially founded and incorporated in 1929, RCH's history has roots dating back to 1903 when Redlands opened its first medical facility. Our Programs and Services with more than 1,800 employees, 300 physicians, and more than 300 volunteers, provide acute care services that adhere to the highest standards.

We are equipped with the latest medical technology and staffed with highly qualified physicians practicing in over 25 medical specialties.

Ongoing Clinical Education, Continuing Education classes, and training is provided for all employees through our Education Department off-site training. The latest healthcare methods, practices, and technology are taught to develop a highly-skilled and educated team of health caregivers.

New Grad Training

A New Graduate Program for nursing and clinical students offers new graduates experience through intensive orientation and training, including ­­the opportunity to work side-by-side with experienced staff. We typically hold two new grad orientations per year (around February and August of each year). The positions are posted as “New Grad Registered Nurse” we post the departments that will have openings a few months prior to the new grad orientation. We begin accepting applications after the positions are posted.
