The Transitional Care Unit (TCU) is a 5-star rated skilled nursing facility located on the 4th floor of Redlands Community Hospital. The TCU provides rehabilitation services for up to 16 residents in our 8 shared bedrooms. We offer competent nursing, physical therapy, occupation therapy, speech therapy and other various services to make your transition to your home safely. Our friendly staff will make you feel right at home as we are committed to delivering excellent care!
