Clinical Education courses are presented by the Education Department at
Redlands Community Hospital and have been approved by the California Board
of Registered Nursing CEP #491.
There are a wide variety of classes available to employees of Redlands
Community Hospital. However, for planning purposes, employees do need
to pre-register and for many of the classes, a refundable deposit is required.
A no-show for a class will result in a forfeit return of that deposit.
Cancellations & rescheduling may be done anytime before the day of
the class without loss of the deposit.
The American Heart Association mandates that all students enrolled in CPR
classes, ACLS, and PALS have a student manual before, during, and after
each class. RCH lends employees the required text when the deposit to
register is dropped by the Education Dept.
NRP deposits & books are handled in the same manner.
Most of the other classes offered require deposits that may be made by
dropping cash, or a check made payable to Redlands Community Hospital,
into the locked dropbox outside the ER with a completed registration form.
Please call ahead (909-335-5530) to confirm that there is space available
in a class.
Required deposit amounts: because some of our classes are limited as to
the number of students accepted, a space is not guaranteed without the
deposit. Remember: these are deposits (not fees) and are returned after
completion of the class.
