Volunteering at RCH

As an independent, not-for-profit, stand-alone facility, Redlands Community Hospital (RCH) values our dedicated volunteers and their gift of service. Since the Auxiliary began in 1931, volunteers have been helping us meet our organization’s growing needs; we invite you to join us. Volunteers make a positive difference in the lives of our community, patients, families, physicians and staff.

Volunteering is Good For You!

People volunteer for many reasons, including:

  • Satisfaction of helping others
  • Sense of purpose and fulfillment
  • Keeping active
  • Supporting their community
  • Chance to make new friends and learn valuable skills
  • Improving their health!*

*Studies show that individuals who volunteer enjoy mental and physical health benefits along with an increased sense of well-being.

Our Commitment to You

Whether you are a student, retired or somewhere in between, you can make a difference in someone’s life! Whether your interests are caring for patients, providing customer service or augmenting programs, Redlands Community Hospital supports you in Caring for Generations.
