Speaker

Susan T. Barnett, MSN, RN, ONC

Susan is a seasoned orthopaedic nurse, spending the majority of her career in the surgical arena. Additional experience with teaching peers, patients and nursing students has prepared her well for this session today. Susan has been instrumental in writing, reviewing, and presenting the ONRC for many years, and is always excited to continue the learning journey with others. Her interactive style hinges on principles of adult education and retention of information through repetition and muscle memory. So, be prepared for a great day learning and refreshing many elements of orthopaedic diseases and nursing care.
